Delivery Times

Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $150 CAD ship free within Canada. Orders under this threshold are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
